WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We believe in empowering our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare choices and ensuring they receive the support they need. As a Contracted Member Services Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members, addressing their inquiries, and helping them navigate the Frontier membership experience. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer phone calls and written inquiries from Frontier members, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information about membership fees, policies, processes, benefits, products, and services to both current and potential members.
- Actively listening to members to identify their unique needs and tailoring your responses to ensure a positive member experience.
- Investigating and resolving or escalating membership and payment-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Assessing member eligibility and processing payments, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Documenting all member inquiries and maintaining up-to-date and accurate membership records.
- Assist Customer Success Managers with new member enrollments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Commute to various Frontier Clinic locations.
- This role requires the use of a personal cell phone for efficient communication and collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

- 1 years of prior customer service experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and addressing member concerns.
- Fluent Spanish speaker (preferred)
