Schedule: Mon-Fri | 6:00am-3:00pm
Pay: $15.00- $18.00
POSITION SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Dock Support Worker, where you’ll play a vital role in our shipping and receiving operations. You’ll assist in unloading and loading a variety of products, including cabinets, doors, hardware, and custom pieces. This position requires a commitment to the assigned shift and may include mandatory overtime.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and unload items from trucks, following production schedules and safety standards.
- Ensure proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations during loading.
- Inspect items for damage and report any issues to your Supervisor or Lead.
- Accurately record the quantity and type of items being delivered.
- Assist with pre and post-trip checks, fuel management, and trailer maintenance.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficiency with tools such as rollers, screwdrivers, and tape measures.
- Experience using material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Strong situational awareness for operational safety.
- Ability to read and interpret safety documents and operational manuals.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

- Standing approximately 8-10 hours, 5 days a week, depending on business need. May be required to work 6 days/week depending on business need.
- Fine motor abilities are needed to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

- Regular twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, pivoting, and moving or lifting 10-15 pounds.
- Employees will frequently lift and/or move 10-25 pounds while occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Conveyance systems and rollers are available to move pieces.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Frontier Door and Cabinet’s Safety Program and all established safety rules must be followed, and equipment used where required. This will include safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection (when needed) while on the production floor. This position will also require use of gloves, dust masks and at times, a respirator.
