We have immediate openings for a Poly Fusion Technician . You will be responsible for fusing polyethylene pipe at client job sites. Work location will be in southwestern PA and in the future you would travel to job sites in the tri-state area.

What you’ll do :
Maintain a clean work area and operate safely. Ensure safety is never compromised.
Determine appropriate method and equipment necessary to maneuver, cut, fuse and install HDPE pipe.
Install custom HDPE piping systems and repair systems.
Electro fuse and structure weld. Inspect and maintains fusion EQ.
Communicate with customers to assess needs.
Ensure final product meets or exceeds quality standards.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for preferred education.
Experience in electro fuse and structure welding.
1 year experience in PE welding and fabricating.
Must past a fusing test required by the client.
Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands :
Work schedule is Monday - Friday with Saturdays as required.
Outdoors in all types of weather including dry, wet and humid conditions where temperatures can range from below freezing to 90 degrees. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, mists, odors and vibrations. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Exert more than 50 pounds of force frequently.
Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; Climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks requiring physical activity.
