What are the responsibilities and job description for the CASHIER position at Frontier Ford?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing cash/check/credit card payments from customers and outside companies
- Perform closing procedures including balancing cash drawer and completing a transaction log.
- Maintain all files and logs in a logical organization and process all paperwork.
- Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Generate services appointments.
- Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools.
- Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Acknowledge external and internal customers immediately and in a friendly and courteous manner.
- General clerical duties
- Providing support to team members in other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.
- Ability to type efficiently.
- Basic & phone computer skills.
- Possesses basic problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, Able to multitask oriented.
- Possesses basic computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
- Available to work weekends.
