Schedule: Sunday - Thursday , 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
This is an in-person position – remote work is NOT available.

Your Role as an Appointment Setter
- Answer incoming calls, set up service and sales appointments, schedule installations, and follow up with customers
- Provide valuable support to other departments as needed
- Keep our customer records current and well-organized
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure they’re satisfied with our service
- Give each customer a remarkable experience that reflects our commitment to them
What We’re Looking for in an Appointment Setter
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and relevant apps
