- Meet and exceed KPIs, including self-generated appointments, office visits, and gross sales goals.
- Deliver customized solutions for foundation, waterproofing, and concrete repair, ensuring remarkable customer experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Real Estate Response Team Outside Sales Executive:
- Experience in sales, real estate, home improvement, or construction is a plus—but not required.
- A knack for building relationships and strong communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, think strategically, and hit performance goals.
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling when assessing homes.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
