What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing and grading construction sites, including clearing vegetation
- Transport and unload building materials and equipment
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision
- Help in mixing and applying topsoil, sand, and other materials necessary for course construction
- Support the installation of irrigation systems, drainage components, and landscaping features
- Follow blueprints, plans, and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure work is completed accurately
- Remove debris, clean work areas, and manage waste in accordance with company guidelines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environment
- A valid driver’s license may be required, and experience with operating construction equipment is a bonus

- Physical demands include exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
