Summary- To test and maintain chemical solutions for Chemical processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Internal Standards
· Responsible for testing and maintain chemical solutions for chemical processing lines.
· Maintaining up to date records for solution testing, periodic monthly testing, and waste disposal
· Knowledgeable about defects caused by depleted or expired processing solutions.
· Understanding of company quality policy and what is an acceptable product finish.
· Able to complete scheduled tasks on time.
· Able to perform startup/ shut down of dept.
· Responsible for Purchase order request for dept supplies-Maintaining Dept. stock
· Understanding and having the skills to work in lab software.
· Performing monthly expired chemical inventory
· Able to perform inspection of monthly test coupons.
· Responsible for waste treatment and waste haul off.
Secondary
· Working with other dept to process monthly test coupons on time.
