Job Summary : The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and effective management of the executive office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing a variety of tasks to support the executive's productivity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and technology setup.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a content calendar, create engaging posts that align with the executive's or organization's goals, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Assist with special projects, research, and initiatives as directed by the executive.
Maintain and organize the executive office, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Organize and coordinate company events, executive retreats, and other special functions.
