Duties

- Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions that drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver on client expectations.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving sales processes and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable. .
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing market conditions and client needs.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on negotiation techniques.
- Experience in business development strategies that drive revenue growth is a plus.
