This role involves driving various types of vehicles, including limousines, vans, and box trucks, while ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and accommodating to client needs.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times and locations.
- Handle any mechanical issues that may arise during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Experience
- Previous experience in roles such as bus driving, commercial driving, or limousine services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards to enhance passenger experience is a plus.
- Experience as a delivery driver or shuttle driver will be considered advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for addressing minor vehicle issues on the road.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles including vans and box trucks.
