The Registrar’s Office is a high-volume, high-functioning area responsible for many aspects of the student life cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems for core business functions, including course maintenance, class scheduling, registration, grades, records, reporting, and data management.
- Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting student records within FERPA guidelines (e.g. grades, registration data, transcripts, and transfer credit).
- Work closely with the Registrar, administrators, and faculty to take appropriate action on student records regarding honor code violations and plagiarism citations in compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Problem-solving, researching, analyzing, and resolving student disputes related to records and registration in compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with administrators, deans, faculty, and staff to provide and develop appropriate recommendations for implementing related processes, policies, and procedures to support enhanced student services and success.
- Ensure that front-facing Registrar’s Office communications, publications, and websites reflect current policies and procedures using industry-standard best practices.
- Assist with new technology initiatives - configuration, testing, implementation
- Assists with Registrar’s Office processing procedures for assigned areas, provides training as needed, and ensures e documentation remains current.
- Assist with training and guiding faculty around grading processes and procedures.
- Process and manage Transfer and Gap Analysis requests and approve credit posting
- Provide service to the University through activities such as involvement in FNU shared governance (e.g. committees, workgroups), FNU sponsored activities (e.g. charity drives, community-outreach activities), and/or service to the profession (e.g. presentations, professional organization committee work).

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a diverse population of faculty, staff, students,s and alumni.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet established deadlines.
- Ability to be a team member; and work independently at times.
- Ability to navigate multiple software platforms, specifically Anthology, PowerCampus, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and National Student Clearinghouse transcript and degree.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Ability to problem solve with confidentiality
- Must be able to travel occasionally for workshops and related meetings for continuing education and networking.
- Bachelor’s required, master’s preferred
- Five (5) years experience in higher education/administration (i.e. student enrollment cycle: Registrar's Office, Admissions, Financial Aid, or Academic Advising) preferred.
