As a Site Manager, you will assist in providing solutions to technical issues, and are responsible for updating the reporting manager with any issues that affect product delivery and quality.

Required Skills & Equipment
- Maintain records of all events and logs and submit daily and weekly reports to the off-site team
- Coordinate with the reporting manager to train new team members
- Complete daily walkthroughs, inventory, and system checks
- Own one or more modules of the project under development.
- Install and maintain data center devices including servers and/or software
- Provide practical troubleshooting solutions and get ahead of problems before they start with basic hardware (ASIC)
- Performs maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g., maintaining clean machinery, and a clean site appearance)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- All appropriate licenses or permits to drive in your local area
- Ability to lift, carry and pull 40-70 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances (from one side of the center to the other and back frequently based on need)
- Ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Availability to be on call to work emergency shifts, which may include evening, nights and weekends (when needed)
Required Skills & Equipment
- 1-3 years of experience with hardware troubleshooting (PC, motherboard, memory, network, fans, rebooting, etc.)
- 1 years cabling experience (ethernet, fiber, etc.)
- 1 years networking basics, configure switches, push Cisco configurations, and create SonicWall VLAN (Cisco and SonicWall preferred)
