Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our properties. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Drywall repair and painting
• HVAC trouble shooting
• Exterior building repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance

Skills

• Previous maintenance experience
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong mechanical knowledge .
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Leadership qualities with experience mentoring others is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in facilities maintenance

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
