As a Commercial Waste Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for operating a front-end load truck to collect solid waste and recyclables from designated locations. Your duties will include:
- Collecting and transporting solid waste and recyclables to designated disposal facilities.
- Operating a commercial-grade truck and ancillary equipment on assigned routes.
- Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure timely and efficient collection services.
- Participating in regular safety meetings and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- At least three years of satisfactory driving experience with a Class A or B vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to climb into and out of the truck multiple times per day.
