ADMIN ASSISTANT / OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM
A Denver-based, family-owned natural and organic meat processing company is seeking a motivated, hard-working Operations Support to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate is a people person familiar with MS Office software, a multi-tasker, organized, detailed oriented, has the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and prefers a relaxed work environment. The position is 40 to 50 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, with a 07:30 am start time. Overtime is occasionally required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Operations Support position is responsible for a number of daily tasks including:
· Order Entry within our software system (Aspen Systems – Windows Based)
· Booking Freight with Frontiere Natural Meats contracted Trucking Companies
· Customer Service
· Communicating with Production Team
· Backup to the Administrative Assistant
· Invoice Verification
· Working directly with the Operations Manager
· Special projects
· New Item setups
· Assist other members of the Operations Team
Qualifications and Experience:
• Prior experience with Administration type of duties or similar preferred
• Experience with MS Office software required
• Experience with Aspen Canopy System is a plus, but not required
• Ability to multi-task, be organized, be thorough, and pay attention to detail
