We're seeking an exceptional Data & MLOps Engineer to join our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will have both skills developing data pipelines at scale and machine learning deployment.
🎯 What You'll Be Doin'
- Design, develop, and implement data pipelines and infrastructure to support our rapid machine learning development efforts at scale.
- Develop and deploy scalable tools and services to automate data ingestion, processing, ML training and testing.
- Design, develop, and implement MLOps pipelines for the continuous deployment and integration of machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain feature stores to manage and standardize the machine learning workflow, ensuring efficient handling of embeddings and data management.
- Continuously monitor and maintain models in production, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy and reliability.
- Implement best practices for version control, reproducibility and governance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest MLOps tools, technologies and trends.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product stakeholders to align machine learning initiatives with business objectives, facilitating effective communication and project success.
- 3–5 years experience in building end-to-end systems as a Platform Engineer, ML DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer (or equivalent).
- Strong software engineering skills in complex, multi-language systems.
- Familiarity with one or more data-oriented workflow orchestration frameworks (KubeFlow, Airflow, Dagster, etc.).
- Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and workflows, essential for maintaining and updating ML models in production environments.
- Fluency in Python, exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.).
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and database systems (GCP, AWS, etc.).
- Experience with developing computer vision models at scale.
- Experience building for the farming industry, agtech, and/or online marketplaces
