General Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and maintenance, with the ability to repair vehicles efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills and mechanical knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Duties

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform oil changes
• Ability to replace tires
• Previous experience in the automotive service environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and their components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
