- Analyze client feedback and claims to improve service and product offerings.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach to generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach prospective clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in sales, retail, or insurance (preferred but not required).
- Market analysis proficiency to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales administration and data analysis experience is a plus.
- Customer-service mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Life and Health insurance license (required but can be earned with our support).
