We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
3. HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain and update company policies and the employee handbook.
- Handle investigations and resolve workplace issues fairly and legally.
4. Performance Management & Development
- Oversee performance review processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Implement training and professional development programs.
- Support leadership in succession planning and career growth initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Manage payroll processes and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
- Oversee benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
6. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
- Provide insights to support strategic HR decisions.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Required Technical Qualifications
- We do not provide equipment. A Windows-based laptop or desktop is required.

- Strong technical, and problem-solving skills, technical support experience

- Cannot have any Mobile Hotspot or Satellite Internet Providers
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $75k - $90k Annually
