We are looking for a personable and reliable office associate to join our fast-paced office team.
Job duties to include:
- Communication via email / phone with Clients
- Answering telephones
- Appointment setting/scheduling and confirmation
- Communications with other employee crews
- Additional Office Tasks as assigned
- Work closely with other office staff
- AP / AR
- Data entry
Administrative experience required. Quickbooks knowledge is helpful but not required. Opportunities for growth available.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 11am - 6pm.
