Skills
- Greet and check-in patients for appointments, verify patient information, manage incoming patient inquiries.
- Confirm, and schedule appointments to ensure patient flow.
- Ensure all balances are collected.
- Enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
- Update patient records
- Process X-rays and doctor referrals to patient chart
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service focused, Organizational skills, Time Management
