We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, human resources, and customer service and a commitment to providing quality service while taking full ownership of their role. Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and urgency, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents with attention to detail, always aiming to exceed expectations.

  • Process payroll and assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee records, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently without rushing, maintaining high standards of organization.

  • Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing, providing solutions rather than problems when challenges arise.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to concerns, addressing issues proactively, and following through with quality results.

  • Take full ownership of responsibilities and any mistakes, continuously seeking ways to improve and refine processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of office management experience

  • Experience in payroll, human resources, and customer service required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

  • A commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Preferably Bi-lingual
