What You'll Do :
Technical Leadership :
Take charge as the technical lead in complex projects, guiding development teams through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You'll ensure high-quality, scalable solutions are designed, developed, and implemented efficiently.
Guidewire PolicyCenter Expertise :
Leverage your 7 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter to architect, configure, and enhance the platform while ensuring smooth integration with external systems. Your deep knowledge will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and technical advancements.
Problem-Solving Pro :
Independently resolve critical, high-impact production issues, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead efforts to optimize system performance. You will be the go-to expert in navigating and addressing system challenges.
Mentorship & Collaboration :
Lead, mentor, and inspire junior developers while fostering cross-functional collaboration with Quality Assurance, business teams, and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-performing solutions.
