Position Overview

We’re looking for a Recruiter who will be pivotal in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across diverse functions for our India operations.

Working Hours – Monday - Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm IST
Work Location – In Office - Penha de Franc, Goa 403521, India
Job Duties
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Social Media/colleges etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including - Participate in staffing planning discussions, defining new requisitions, screening sourced and submitted resumes, coordinating the interview process, negotiating offers and partnering with HR in on-boarding process
- Partner directly with hiring managers and outside staffing agencies, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between all parties
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote Frontline Managed Services reputation and value proposition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree, Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional talent recruiting
- Excellent command of the English language - Written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Working knowledge of modern applicant tracking (greenhouse, jobvite, trackstar, bamboo, etc.) and HRIS systems (Paylocity, workday, Paycor, UKG, etc), interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Deep understanding of India employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues (linkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and alternative talent pool generation skills.
