Villa Pueblo Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented, knowledgeable and organized Laundry Aide. We strive to provide care to our residents that exceeds industry standards and we are looking for a Laundry Aide that wants to join that mission!
The mission of the Laundry Aide is to perform day to day laundry activities outlined by the Environmental Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the Residents.

Summary Of Laundry Aide Position
Villa Pueblo Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented, knowledgeable and organized Laundry Aide. We strive to provide care to our residents that exceeds industry standards and we are looking for a Laundry Aide that wants to join that mission!
The mission of the Laundry Aide is to perform day to day laundry activities outlined by the Environmental Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the Residents.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing day-to-day laundry as assigned.
- Responsible for sorting and washing soiled laundry, linen, garments, etc., in accordance with established procedures.
- Folding, stacking and hanging laundered items as directed.
- Removing lint, dirt, dust, grease, film, etc. from equipment or floor surface using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
- Applies health and safety regulations and policies that relate to own position; including exposure to blood or bodily fluids.
- Maintains/follows knowledge of safety issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
- Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task.
