WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Performance Leader you will join our Automotive Division and work closely with automotive dealership management and frontline salespeople. You will handle every aspect of client-interaction, from relationship management to the direct coaching of frontline producers, and travel 65% of the time within your territory, working remotely 7 days out of 20.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
You will be responsible for associate training and development and overall profitably of a rental car branch. You will focus on consultative service based sales management, car rental inventory and utilization management, sales and financial reporting in the following ways:

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

- In partnership with the FPG client, effectively manage rental car operation processes
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the client leadership team
- Maximize incremental sales through effective training and employee development
- Manage rental car inventory and utilization for multiple dealerships in a geographic territory
- Provide continuous consultative support to multiple dealerships
- Maintain accurate reports
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education and work-related experience
- 3 years of car rental industry experience
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Management of direct customer contact, employee relations, budget and P&L review in a high volume operation
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across organization with peers, subordinates and supervisors, both written and verbal.
- Strong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in management role
- Ability to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective organization
- Working knowledge of sales reporting systems, including computer programs, reports, policies and procedures
