The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the full accounting cycle for multiple communities, will be responsible for the accuracy of all internal and external financial reporting related to their communities, and will be the main point of contact for the communities for any accounting concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Month End Review/Month end Closing
- Review/complete prepaid amortization & accrual entries, payroll entries, bad debt calculation, expense allocations, depreciation
- Maintaining daily cash flow reports
- Conduct weekly invoice review, payment batch preparation, recording of direct payments (i.e. ACH)
- Assist with Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports
- Assist Staff Accountant with maintenance of capital purchases and depreciation schedules, when necessary.
- Perform internal auditing procedures for selected accounts and transactions
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of accounting progressive accounting experience
- Bachelors in accounting or related degree
- CPA preferred
WAGE RANGE: $90k to $120k D.O.E. *** Application Deadline 2.15.2025
