We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include assisting with product listings, reviewing inventory, performing data entry tasks, and supporting promotional activities. The eCommerce Specialist will collaborate closely with our eCommerce Manager to assist in ensuring smooth online sales operations and contribute to executing our brand's vision and strategy
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive e-commerce Specialist to join our team
- Responsibilities include assisting with product listings, reviewing inventory, performing data entry tasks, and supporting promotional activities
- The eCommerce Specialist will collaborate closely with our eCommerce Manager to assist in ensuring smooth online sales operations and contribute to executing our brand's vision and strategy
- Product Listings Management: Assist in creating, uploading, and updating product listings in Shopify, ensuring accurate product information (descriptions, tags, prices, images) and enabling appropriate marketing channels
- Inventory Monitoring: Assist with checking inventory levels to ensure availability of products on the website
- Promotions and Discounts: Assist in creating, testing discount codes in Shopify for marketing campaigns
- Ensure proper application, functionality, and timely expiration
- Assist in developing landing pages or new collections to support campaign launches
- Content Creative Updates: Assist with uploading website content, banners, promotional materials, and other creative assets as needed
- Report Generation: Pull and organize data from Shopify, Google Analytics version 4 (GA4), and other platforms such as Commission Junction, creating initial draft reports for performance tracking and insights
- Email Campaign Management: Provide support in creating initial email drafts for targeted email campaigns, ensuring accurate content and segmentation
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and supporting special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as they arise
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing Experience 1 - 2 years experience in digital marketing
- Computer skills: Intermediate skills in Google Workspace, preferably Sheets
- PPC (pay per click) Campaign Management: Familiarity with PPC Campaign Management is beneficial, including basic experience assisting with PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Email Marketing & Automation: Familiarity with Email Marketing & Automation is advantageous, including basic experience in creating and executing email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, or Omnisend
- Social Media Marketing Knowledge: Proficient in assisting with the execution of social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and drive traffic
- Content Creation: Basic knowledge of content marketing, with the ability to assist in creating engaging content that aligns with business goals and appeals with the target audience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
