Duties
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues
- Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate benefit programs' effectiveness
- Collaborate with HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee benefit records
- Support workers' compensation claims processing
- Participate in recruiting efforts by presenting benefits packages to potential candidates
- Utilize platforms such as ADP workforce now for benefit administration
- Handle employee relations related to benefits and provide guidance on training development
Experience
- Proven experience in benefit administration and compliance
- Experience with ADP workforce now
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes
- Understanding of recruiting practices related to benefits packages

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
