We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage all IT systems, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline platforms. This role plays a crucial part in digitizing our wholesale and retail channels to optimize business procedures and improve customer shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale IT projects, from design to deployment of new systems and services.
- Monitor IT system performance to assess cost-effectiveness and productivity, recommending improvements as needed.
- Develop technology strategies aligned with business goals, facilitating planning workshops and ensuring user adoption.
- Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, and develop test strategies for new hardware and software implementations.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all business system procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to optimize business procedures and propose implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and security-related issues within the internal IT infrastructure.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in EDI connection, e-commerce platforms, Logistics WMS/TMS, CRM, and ERP functions.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is essential.
- Strong knowledge and application of Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
- Coding experience with backend systems, integrating programs, and software development.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon fulfillment, and eBay platforms.
- Background in e-commerce operations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Minimum 3 years of technical supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations management and system optimization.
- Experience leading large ERP system integration projects across various technologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, plus relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant management certifications are a plus.
- Background in retail or logistics.
- Experience with Shipber and Shiphawk platforms is advantageous.
