Description
Responsible for the supervision and clinical leadership of the social services staff, and for the onsite administration and management of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program at Buckeye/Edgewood,. Function as a champion for evidenced based practices/ best practice models, including Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change/Treatment, Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction and Integrated Care. Responsible for site-specific oversight and growth of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program, and ensures compliance with HUD and other regulatory requirements. Partners with property management, the VA, Care Alliance and other partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.
This is a exempt, non-union position. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree required. LSW, PC with independent licensure eligibility required; LISW, PCC preferred. A minimum of three years work experience in a social service environment. One year of supervisory experience.
