What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veteran Stability Coordinator - SSVF Shallow Subsidy position at FrontLine Service?
The Veteran Stability Coordinator provides support to the Associate Director of Veteran Services under the direction of the Director of Emergency Housing Services by performing administrative duties, staff training, and supervision of the SSVF Shallow Subsidy Case Managers that serve Veteran men, women and families in permanent housing with case management focused on self-sufficiency and linkage to mainstream resources, VA resources and natural support systems. The Veteran Stability Coordinator works closely with the SSVF team, the Veterans Administration (VA), VA HCHV program staff, and other Veteran serving organizations as the program endeavors to provide housing stabilization assistance to Veterans who were formerly homeless or formerly at imminent risk of homelessness.
The Veteran Stability Coordinator works with the Associate Director to ensure compliance with VA SSVF Program Guide, the SSVF Shallow Subsidy Compliance Guide, and HMIS standards.
This is an exempt, non-union position. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field with a minimum of five years experience working with people living in poverty and/or Veterans.
