Learning and Development Manager Role :
Learning and Development Manager you will drive a culture of continuous learning, partnering with business leaders and HR to shape the future of talent development.
Act as the go-to expert on learning and organizational development, identifying needs through research and close collaboration.
Shape and implement enterprise-wide learning programs that empower employees to thrive.
Utilize business data, employee feedback, and industry trends to create innovative development strategies.
Learning and Development Manager will design, deliver, and manage leadership development solutions for emerging leaders, supervisors, and managers.
Leverage technology to craft blended learning experiences, from instructor-led workshops to micro-learning modules.
Champion our companyâ??s Guiding Behaviors, ensuring theyâ??re woven into learning initiatives.
Learning and Development Manager will lead train-the-trainer programs to scale development efforts across teams.
Learning and Development Manager Background Profile :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related degree
10 years of experience in learning & development, including 3 years in leadership program design.
A track record of delivering impactful training at both corporate and field levels.
Proficiency with learning management systems Cornerstone OnDemand a plus and eLearning tools Articulate preferred.
Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Background in manufacturing environments preferred but not required.
Myers-Briggs certification is a plus.
Willing to travel up to 20%.
