Nurse Assistant Role:
Nurse Assistant will support a specialized medical team in coordinating patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Plays crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and provide an excellent experience for patients undergoing specialized treatments.
Working closely with clinical and administrative staff.
Assist with various tasks related to patient coordination, documentation, and communication.
Deliver outstanding service to both patients and team members, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
Organize and manage daily tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of responsibilities.
Nurse Assistant will oversee daily patient lists, review medical data, and communicate essential updates to the appropriate team members.
Act as a liaison for out-of-area patients, ensuring timely follow-ups with external medical facilities.
Maintain electronic medical records, ensuring proper documentation and distribution of information.
Accurately scan and process important documents, including patient forms and medical results.
Nurse Assistant will answer and direct calls, addressing inquiries within the scope of practice and escalating when necessary.
Retrieve and organize phone and fax messages, ensuring timely action and follow-up.
Manage and restock patient materials, keeping educational resources current and accessible.
Keep consultation spaces well-maintained and organized.
Provide general support to nursing staff and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Nurse Assistant Background Profile:
High school diploma required; additional education or certifications preferred.
Certification in a related healthcare field is a plus.
Experience in a clinical setting or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
Strong proficiency with computer systems and office technology.
Ability to follow established protocols with precision and attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Strong communication skills, fostering professional interactions with patients and staff.
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Availability to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis.
