What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Specialist position at Frontline Source Group?
We are searching for a driven Inside Sales Representative to develop highly qualified sales opportunities by cold calling, prospecting, following up with prior clients, and setting appointments with prospects.
Inside Sales Role :
- Develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
- Identify key targets for calls and business development opportunities.
- Making a high volume of calls and email follow up to new prospects within the existing database (75 calls per day and 75 email or social media follow ups).
- Research companies utilizing the web and other research tools available to qualify and identify new leads.
- Utilize social media tools to support lead generation.
- Gather and utilize information on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business.
- Prior professional work experience in inside or outside sales, phone sales, account management, staffing, recruiting, retail, hospitality, or related fields required.
- Position is Hybrid but must be able to be in office one day per week. Office location is our corporate office in Downtown Dallas.
