Office Assistant Role :
The office assistant will provide claims and office support to our team.
Act as the first point of contact for customers
Answer phones to support the claims staff and perform other office tasks.
Enter inventory and enter updated pricing information
Enter notes, process mail, filing, faxing, and preparing letters as needed.
Office Assistant Background Profile :
High School Diploma or GED
1 years of professional office experience
Must be able to type and enter data correctly
Excellent oral and written communication
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills
