Position Overview :
The Recruiting Sales Coordinator role is an entry-level in our Downtown Dallas office “welcome to executive staffing” position that focuses on research, lead development, candidate sourcing, and recruiting support. What makes this role exciting is that it is rooted in skill development to help you work towards to next level of sales and / or recruiting efforts where there is a distinct growth path for this job. With a true mentorship at the heart of this role, you will have the ability to learn work towards running your own executive staffing desk. This is the first step in our training process that will lead towards a position that pays on a Base Plus Commission structure, where laying strong groundwork will be critical in your future success.
