Our busy and growing client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative on a contract basis through the end of the year.

Technical Customer Service Representative Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and via email with questions, issues, and troubleshooting.
Provide a professional, cheery, and exceptional customer service experience
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and potential customers on service-related topics
Make outbound calls for follow up with customers
Respond quickly and professionally to email inquiries
Responsible for processing Return Merchandise Authorizations
Technical Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School diploma or the equivalent
2 years’ experience working in a call center environment providing exceptional customer service and assisting with troubleshooting issues
Trouble shooting experience is necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a mechanical or automotive industry is a plus, but not required
Technical experience assisting customers and helping troubleshoot issues is required and could be from fields such as cell phone providers, automotive industry, industrial tools/household hardware, etc.
Experience with MS Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong data entry and typing skills
Ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service, and calm a frustrated customer
