  • Stakeholder & Industry Engagement

  • Build and manage relationships with wildfire policy experts, homebuilders, environmental groups, and disaster recovery organizations.
  • Represent Frontline in industry coalitions, conferences, and regulatory hearings.
  • Work with insurance carriers to advocate for policies that incentivize homeowners to invest in wildfire protection technology.
  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all lobbying laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of lobbying activities and prepare required reports.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Environmental Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or advocacy, preferably in wildfire mitigation, emergency management, or the built environment.
  • Strong understanding of wildfire policy, building codes, and community wildfire resilience frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successful policy advocacy at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex policy issues and develop strategic responses.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for advocacy efforts and stakeholder meetings.
