The Exterior Fire Sprinkler Designer will be responsible for creating initial zone counts and design proposals for exterior fire sprinkler systems, using REVU Bluebeam.
These preliminary design proposals will serve as visual aids for the sales team's presentations to clients.
This role involves collaborating with the sales team, utilizing design software, interpreting site plans, and ensuring accurate and visually appealing proposals.

Responsibilities :
- Create initial zone counts and design proposals for exterior fire sprinkler systems using REVU BlueBeam, a PDF editor drafting program, for our sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Adhere to project timelines and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Interpret 2-dimensional site plans to develop accurate and effective design proposals.
- Utilize Google Earth Pro, Apple Maps and site photographs to identify required zone counts for each proposal.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to gather necessary information and provide design support.
- Maintain organized records of zone counts, designs, and proposals.
- Collaborate on sales proposal designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Possess a strong understanding of construction design, mathematics, and drafting principles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in spatial reasoning and hydraulics to create effective fire
sprinkler system designs.
