Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
PAY RATE: $21.00 - $34.12
