Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into the company database and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing source documents.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for digital and physical records.
- Assist in generating reports from the database as required by management.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies in data entries before final submissions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for data entry.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to improve overall workflow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
PAY RATE : $21.90 - $33.23 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
