Duties

- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.
- Monitor call center metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Provide multilingual support to enhance client experience for non-English speaking customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or client services role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with computerized customer support systems and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
