Frore Systems is looking for Vice President, Product Strategy to strengthen the Leadership team. This position reports directly to the CEO. Frore Systems, an innovative startup in Silicon Valley, CA has developed a new disruptive solid-state active cooling solution, AirJet®, based on flexible micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). AirJet® by Frore Systems is the world’s first solid-state active cooling chip, delivering >

2x improvement in performance of ultra-compact, silent, dustproof, water-resistant and vibration free devices. In a world where almost every device we own needs increasing power, heat is an enduring challenge. The problem is rapidly escalating as technology advances, AI accelerates, and users demand more speed and convenience in smaller and smaller devices which generate more and more heat.

The markets that benefit from Frore Systems solid-state active cooling chips range from the edge - Notebooks, Tablets, mini-PCs, gaming devices, action cameras, VR, AR, SSD accessories, Smartphones, LED lighting, Industrial edge gateways, Industrial PCs, Security cameras, Dashcams, etc. - to Hyperscaler and Automotive applications.

We are in the unique position of being first to market with an innovative solution to a large and rapidly growing industry challenge. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Strategy leader with a strong technical background in Semiconductors, Consumer devices, IoT, Hyperscaler and Automotive.

As VP, Product Strategy, you will take worldwide responsibility of sizing and prioritizing target market segments where product attributes enabled by Frore’s solid-state active cooling would create compelling value and new growth opportunities for our customers. You will develop go-to-market strategies for the target markets articulating the Frore AirJet value proposition and revenue growth opportunity worldwide. You will be responsible for building worldwide partnerships across the semi-conductor, distributor and device manufacturing ODM / OEM, hyperscaler and automotive ecosystems to speed up adoption into the targeted segments. You will be responsible for driving the Company Product Roadmap to align with the current and future target market segment requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the VP, Product Strategy :

Gain a deep understanding of our products, our customers and end users.
Identify industries, market segments and products worldwide where Frore AirJet would create clear differentiation. Data driven prioritization, TAM estimation and revenue projection. Create value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
Identify, nurture and operationalize worldwide ecosystem partners that would accelerate the adoption of AirJet technology driving explosive revenue growth.
Drive product roadmap to ensure judicious use of Engineering and Operations resources for maximizing market success and financial results.
Work closely with other key company functions such Marketing, Sales and Finance to ensure strategies result in financial success.
Be THE evangelist for AirJet, the World’s 1st solid-state active cooling chip.

Education :

BS / MS in engineering, MBA preferable.

Experience :

20 years of experience with global responsibility in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development and Product Strategy in the technology industry with a focus on B2B hardware with complex buying cycles.

Experience in introducing new technology into worldwide markets.

Knowledge of thermal engineering is a plus.

Soft Skills :

Self-starter, proactive problem solver.

Excellent communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Proven track record of building productive, enduring partnerships at Exec level of target partner and customer organizations.

Ability to contribute individually plus build and lead a high performing team.
