What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Seasonal Team Member position at Frost and Flour?
Frost and Flour is a locally loved bakery and dessert shop specializing in cookies, ice cream, and specialty drinks. We take pride in creating delicious treats and providing a welcoming experience for our customers.
We are looking for a seasonal part-time team member to join our fun, fast-paced environment. This position offers potential for full-time work based on performance and business needs. You’ll work in-store and at local events, serving up sweet treats and creating great customer experiences! Must be 16 to apply!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take orders, prepare drinks, serve baked goods, and scoop ice cream
- Assist with setting up and running pop-up events, festivals, and catering orders
- Keep the store and event spaces clean and organized
- Operate the register, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accuracy
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Help with basic prep work and restocking as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and friendly personality – we love to make customers smile!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working both in-store and at off-site events
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
