POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Liaison – Client Relations is a key function supporting the company’s clients. The role requires professional and effective corporate and client liaison skills, and operational efficiency within the corporate team to ensure all client expectations are met and exceeded. The Client Liaison is responsible for resolving client queries and ensure all client expectations are met and/or exceeded.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
