Who you are :
As a Commercial Loan Documentation Coordinator, you are our loan experience champion. You will use your strong communication skills to act as a liaison to Lenders, Upper Management, and Assistants. You'll be responsible for coordinating workflow and filtering incoming Commercial Loan requests, and you'll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-orientated approach to monitor incoming commercial loan requests to ensure compliance. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do :
- Act as initial contact and liaison for the Commercial Loan Documentation department to Lenders, Upper Management, and Assistants
- Monitor incoming commercial loan requests to ensure compliance with internal bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements
- Evaluate policy and regulatory standards against each commercial loan package to ensure sufficient and accurate compliance requirements have been met. Suspend production of loan packages until established standards are met
- Research various systems and sources to collect and verify information on commercial entity structure
- Inform Lenders and Assistants of required information needed for loan packages
- Oversee the workload of Commercial Loan Documentation Specialists handling Commercial loans, not involving Commercial Real Estate, and assign work to each Specialist based on their determined loan volume and experience level
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
