Who you are:
As a CRA Officer, you will be responsible for the bank’s CRA compliance, activities, and OCC examinations. You will use your relationship building skills to represent Frost Bank on community boards and at community business and education functions. You loved promoting learning and creating programs and materials. Most importantly, this role is about building long lasting relationships with every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Oversee all aspects of the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program
Collaborate with the Fair and Responsible Banking team, Regional Presidents, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer in developing and monitoring strategic plans and performance goals that meet the bank’s CRA objectives
Recommend and implement enhancements to the CRA Policy and Program that efficiently and effectively prepare the bank for successful CRA examinations
Ensure that the bank’s community reinvestment activities, including loans, investments, and services, are tracked, analyzed, and documented to meet regulatory expectations
Oversee the preparation of the CRA self-assessment, including key programs, distribution of products and services, and lending, service, and investment performance in the communities we serve
Maintain and update the public file with information regarding the bank’s CRA performance, making it available to the public as required
Provide training and advisory services as needed to areas of the bank regarding CRA compliance and community development initiatives
Prepare for and manage CRA examinations conducted by regulatory agencies and internal audits, including the collection of information, materials, and other data
Monitor changes in CRA regulations and ensure that the bank’s policies and practices are updated accordingly
Act as a liaison with state and local agencies, non-profit development groups, and other participants in housing and community development programs and projects

What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3 years of experience as a CRA Officer
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce
Demonstrated success as a collaborator and relationship builder
Strong communication skills
Public speaking experience
