Who you are :
As an Engineer II - Application Systems , you are responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting corporate applications across the organization. You'll play an important role in evaluating and enhancing existing application systems processes, policies, and procedures. You'll use your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex application systems tickets and issues. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.
What you'll do :
- Design, deploy, and optimize applications in Windows, Linux, cloud, and enterprise environments
- Customize and configure systems to meet business needs while adhering to security standards
- Resolve complex issues by diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and documenting processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and management on cross-functional projects and system implementations
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Evaluate and improve application processes, policies, and procedures, and implement approved changes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application systems
